Early handwritten magazines and the first Parkari books laid the foundation for a literacy movement that expanded rapidly with audio materials for a community where only 2% could read.\u00a0<\/p><p>In 1999, this work evolved into PCDP, officially registered in 2003. Over the years, PCDP has grown from a language and literacy initiative into a broad social development organization.
